The Classic Dessert Company of Eastampton NJ seeks a part time delivery driver for Thursday and Friday. The position will include working with team members to pull products and load trucks. You will then delivery those products following a set route. While you may have different customers from week to week your territory will always remain the same. Our product is cakes, pies and other desserts and our customer base consists of restaurants, country clubs, hotels, etc. We will provide delivery vehicle and gas expenses.
The average day will begin at 7:00 am and usually have you home between 4:00 and 6:00. The Thursday run tends to be a longer day.
Ideal candidates must have a valid driver's license. The ability to lift a maximum of 25lbs, the ability to navigate a GPS through your phone, the ability to show up on time with limited or no missed days, as well as organizational skills are also required.
This is a fun job for someone looking to earn some extra money. This is ideal for a retired or semi retired CDL driver, bus driver etc, but not limited to that experience. I do want to stress the Thursday can be a long day.
