Schedule? Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm
WHAT YOU NEED
Must be 23 years of age, per insurance requirements.
Must maintain a valid and current driver's license.
PC Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in scheduling Automotive/Repair Services a plus!
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Must be able to prioritize work according to deadlines and client expectations.
Great oral and written communication skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHEN
Ensure vehicles are properly serviced per client requests and company policies.
Assess vehicles for repair/cleaning services.
Ensure vehicles are properly serviced per client requests and company policies.
Document services required and schedule with vendor.
Inspect vehicle returning from service and properly store.
Assist with directing drivers per schedule.
Scan on-site vehicles and reconcile inventory status.
Receive and send vehicles to/from transporters and over-the-road drivers.
Must be willing and able to work outside in all weather conditions.
Other duties as assigned.
