About the Role
We’re a fast-growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) brand looking for a tech-savvy freelancer to assist with digital design services and technical tasks that enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with our management team to execute projects like digital menu boards, POS updates, in-store signage, and other ad-hoc technical needs.
Responsibilities
✅Digital Menu Design & Coordination
- Update and design digital menu boards (Canva, Adobe Suite, or platform-specific tools).
- Ensure branding consistency across all digital displays.
✅POS System Programming & Troubleshooting
- Assist with menu programming (Toast, Clover, etc.).
✅ In-Store Signage & Print Materials
- Design small signage (promotions, QR codes, instructional decals).
- Coordinate with print if needed.
✅ Miscellaneous Tech Tasks
- Basic website updates (WordPress/Wix).
- Assist with social media graphics (Instagram/Facebook posts).
Skills & Qualifications
️Design Skills: Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, or similar.
️POS Familiarity: Experience with Toast, Clover, or other QSR systems.
️Tech Comfort: Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues.
️Detail-Oriented: Ensures brand consistency across all materials.
️ Bonus: Experience with digital signage software (ScreenCloud, RiseVision).
