USEReady is seeking an experienced Remote Project Leader in New Brunswick, NJ and NY City /Remote for a 12 month contract! There are several objectives in this position:
Lead the project lifecycle from scope definition to delivery and post-launch support for assigned digital projects. Map out business requirements, milestones, goals, deliverables of project(s).
Lead daily team meetings and ensure that all activities are completed according to the roadmap.
Support the E-Commerce Domain Manager in documenting mandatory operational processes (digital, e-commerce, logistics, finance, marketing automation, customer service, webmastering) as needed.
Develop and author project documentation with inputs from cross-functional teams, such as functional specifications documents, local processes, workflows and testing plans. Train local team stakeholders as necessary.
Collaborate effectively with local and HQ stakeholders for all assigned projects.
Respect box timing and allocated budgets. Escalate issues that deviate from project plan, timing and budget to relevant stakeholders.
Proactively identify new features, functionalities and vendors to drive business KPIs and customer experience and contribute to business Analysis/Requirements Gathering.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management
Create and manage detailed project schedules containing dependencies and key milestone
Lead and manage digital projects as assigned
Identify, communicate, and quickly resolve project risks, issues and roadblocks.
Contribute to and help to prioritize global and local feature roadmap
Support cross-organizational teams with special projects, as needed,
Collaborate with business sponsors, product owners, business analysts, developers and central testing team on features and launches
Provide project statuses back to Project Sponsor and key stakeholders on a regular basis, including regular status & steering committee meetings.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
10+ years of experience in an E-Commerce role with 5+ years in project management
Technical Expertise
Prior experience managing a SFCC platform migration or launch
Working knowledge of SFCC/SFRA
Working knowledge of SFMC, SFSC is a plus
Business Acumen
In-depth knowledge of eCommerce KPIs, sales, brand strategy, market position and context, knowledge of the luxury and/or cosmetics industry: markets, challenges, digital positioning
Project Management Expertise & Skills
Ability to lead diverse teams of subject matter experts with varying levels of project experience
Working knowledge of project management tools (Asana, )
Experience with Jira/Confluence
SCRUM certification or other AGILE training a plus
Technical Expertise
Prior experience managing a SFCC platform migration or launch
