Description The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. They work closely with senior management, auditors, and other departments to maintain the financial integrity of the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
Oversee month-end and year-end closings.
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate general ledger entries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Support internal controls, audits, and process improvements.
Mentor junior accountants and collaborate with other departments.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
3-5 years in accounting, with experience in senior roles.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
