Who We Need:
An Agency who will assist in the development and implementation of The ARC Mercer's training programs and objectives to develop and maintain an effective workforce. They will play a key role in enhancing employee performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge within our organization.
Assist in designing training materials tailored to the organization's goals and employee needs.
Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions, often using various teaching methods and technologies. (Both day and evening)
Update training content and methods based on new developments in the industry and feedback from participants.
Support employees in their professional development through one-on-one coaching or group mentoring sessions designed to promote a culture of excellence and professional growth.
Understand the training needs of our employees to enhance retention.
Ensure all employee training files and training data tracking are accurate, organized and up to date.
What You Need:
Associate's degree in a related field OR 3+ years of related experience as a trainer
Experience in DDD training, for at least 1 year, 3 years preferred
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
