Location: Corporate Headquarters Summary: : As a member of the Sales, Product and Client Experience team the Treasury Product Manager will collaborate with commercial business, retail branches and treasury sales team, technology, marketing, treasury operations, legal, compliance to develop new or manage and enhance current products and services that will enable/introduce next generation Treasury Management solutions. Job Responsibilities: Development of new Treasury Products:

Create strategic vision and new ideas for Treasury Products (e.g., Account Reconciliation, Positive Pay, real time payments, payables automation);

Provide direction and set priorities for new product and enhancements, including delivery of 1-, 2-, and 3-year product road maps. Close gaps and foster product innovation, creating recommendations based on research to address market opportunities;

Maintain broad knowledge of industry trends, competitor products & pricing, and emerging treasury solutions;

Own all aspects of product launch: complete cost/benefit analysis; define business requirements and partner with risk and compliance to adhere to best practices;

Design and execute go to market strategy working with commercial sales team and branch network, and treasury operations.

Oversight of Commercial Treasury Products:

Assess profitability of current product offerings and provides suggestions to optimize growth/profitability;

Works with marketing to develop effective communication activities and programs including advertising, events management, product positioning and collateral development for assigned product(s);

Administers company policies and procedures which affect assigned product(s);

Provides appropriate guidance partnering with the Treasury Operations team to the sales organization regarding pre-sales and sales efforts;

Assess current contracts and vendors to maximize revenue potential;

Understand and proactively manage risk and compliance for treasury products in partnership with treasury operations.

Business strategist for vetting of potential Fintech (Digital) solutions:

Business lead reviewing existing vendor solutions and new Fintech offerings geared toward creating operational efficiencies and attract new business segments;

Advises on Product Placement, Advertising, Promotions and User Experience.

Additional responsibilities:

Acquisition lead: Treasury Product mapping and value proposition lead for Bank acquisitions working with Treasury Operations team;

Serve as subject matter expert for sales representatives to ensure strong customer service delivery;

Manage vendor relationships, including working with vendors in negotiating and reviewing contracts.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required;

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation(s) preferred;

7-10 years' experience in Banking industry;

7+ years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or a combination of both, with one or a combination of the following: treasury, trade, or payments products;

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;

Strong collaboration and partnering skills;

Process management and risk leader with a proven track of bringing organization and efficiency to a highly matrixed organization;

Leadership presence and ability to champion change across a large organization;

Understanding of the underlying operational, risk and business processes to be able to continue to execute flawlessly while creating new efficiencies;

5+ years of treasury/cash management industry related experience in Product Management;

Comprehensive knowledge of Business Deposits Products, Receivables, Disbursements, Cash Vault, Liquidity Solutions, Business Online Banking, and Electronic Payments is strongly preferred;

Project Management experience with complex, enterprise-wide projects large in scope and complexity is a plus;

Financial analysis and business case creation;

Product Management;

Revenue Growth and Management;

Cross Functional Team Projects;

Can effectively navigate documentation and compliance challenges.
