Responsibilities:
Maintain, extend, and grow CRM system in accordance with university policies and recruitment goals.
Provide technical subject matter expertise of the CRM system to support and balance the needs of diverse constituencies.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop technical requirements and deliver solutions. This includes configuration, maintenance, administration, automation, and integration with other systems.
Implement system processes to improve efficiencies in recruitment, communication, and yield.
Monitor data integrity and consistency across platforms.
Work with outside vendors to resolve technical issues affecting the CRM and other related systems.
Document, evaluate and make recommendations for improvements to technical processes.
Provide support and training to internal CRM users.
Create test plans and conduct testing and quality assurance of own work and work of others.
Research and implement the latest industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience CRM administration.
Technical experience with enterprise-level, multi-user applications.
Must be detail oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Strong orientation toward teamwork and ability to influence others; thrives in a collaborative work environment.
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
A strong customer service orientation.
Preferred:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field supplemented by a master's degree in a related field.
Experience with advanced software application development and/or database management.
Experience developing with SQL, HTML, CSS, and Javascript
Previous experience with Slate CRM, OnBase document imaging software, and other admissions and/or university information systems including Ellucian Banner, ServiceNow, Atlassian Jira, and Atlassian Confluence
NOTE: Applicants must meet one of the following or a combination of both experience and education. Thirty (30) semester hour credits are equal to one (1) year of relevant experience.
Eight (8) years of professional experience in one or combination of the following: data processing, installation and maintenance of application programs, technical support, and/or design and preparation of programs.
OR
Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and four (4) years of the above-mentioned professional experience.
OR
Possession of a master's degree; and three (3) years of the above-mentioned professional experience.
OR
Possession of a doctor of philosophy degree or a doctor of education degree; and two (2) years of the above-mentioned professional experience.
NOTE: "Professional experience" refers to work that is creative, analytical, evaluative, and interpretive; requires a range and depth of specialized knowledge of the profession's principles, concepts, theories, and practices; and is performed with the authority to act according to one's own judgment and make accurate and informed decisions.
Salary:
P27 ($81,688-$93,230)
