This purpose of this position is to perform administrative and clerical functions related to transportation, shipping/receiving, inventory and other warehouse processes.ResponsibilitiesReceiving and sorting of scheduling ordersManagement of duplicate ordersCommunication with sales & customers via email/phoneAttend scheduled safety and GMP meetingsScheduling of deliveriesManagement of order/delivery documentationUpdate the Shift Supervisor on packaging supply statusReview orders and select product for each load following FIFOFiling and scanning of any relevant documentationEnsure compliance with all safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules, regulations and policiesPerform clerical duties as assigned by Warehouse ManagerSupport and back up to Transportation SpecialistCompetenciesMust be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlinesMust have good problem solving skillsMust be detail orientedMust be team oriented
