The Digital Private Markets business is a fast-growing global team within J.P. Morgan's Corporate & Investment Bank. We are creating a high-profile and exciting new fintech business for the firm, focused on early-stage private markets. This cross-functional business leverages the scale, network and data of JPM to create holistic solutions for private companies and their investors. Their first product, Capital Connect, is a members-only platform for start-ups and every type of investor. This platform will allow members to network with other members, benchmark companies using proprietary data, consume exclusive content and raise/invest capital on a seamless platform.The small cross-disciplinary team building the product brings together finance specialists, former entrepreneurs, product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists who work together with the benefits of a startup culture that can leverage the scale of JPM.As an integral part of our team, you will demonstrate the curiosity, passion, and tenacity required to solve complex problems in the largest investment bank in the world. If you are excited to make a difference and want to transform capital markets, we want to speak with you.Job responsibilities: Define the roadmap for new offerings and enhancements to existing offerings to better solve the problems that our clients face or suit their needs Own overall vision and strategy for the product, and delivery of the roadmap Consistently exhibit Design Thinking and customer centric problem solving, and knowledge of user-centered design and testing methodologies Develop a sharp value proposition around scalable solutions that will address problem statements for clients Use data both to inform product development, as well as within products to offer a richer and more personalized client experience Monitor competitors, competitive products, and trends to ensure we maintain a leading position in the market Help manage large scale integration projects with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders. Build a flexible infrastructure that can support an expanding innovative product base. Possess a high-level of attention-to-detail, communication, and writing skills, and are excited to tackle problems of large organizational change including capacity considerations. Show your Entrepreneurial spirit & ability to wear many hats with minimal directionRequired qualification, capabilities and skills: Have 5+ years of experience working in a financial or technology company. Bachelor's degree preferred in technology discipline (computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or equivalent). Possers a strong product management background, have experience leading large-scale technical products that enable developers and/or clients. Experience using and building applications on AWS Product management experience building software products from conception to launch. Demonstrated experience of successfully going through all stages of the product lifecycle, from gathering feedback and shaping requirements in collaboration with designers and engineers, to defining acceptance criteria, testing and driving adoption Experience leading product associates and analysts either as a manager or as a senior team-member Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience overseeing a roadmap strategy and definition Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated user obsession Open and transparent working style, with the ability to communicate up and down The ability to navigate a matrixed organization and influence peers and senior stakeholders by articulating the product offering and value to business partners Technical background or familiarity working with engineers towards building products Experience operating in an Agile team Experience using Office, JIRA, Figma, analytics and customer feedback toolsJPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
