Responsibilities

• Provide Vault Subject Matter Expertise in recommending enhancements in technical function/business utility
• Configuration of users and groups, document types, properties, lifecycles and workflows, picklists, notifications, and security
• Bulk import/export of content and data
• Analysis and deployment of new product features
• Perform change management activities
• Creation and Maintenance of system documentation and validation deliverables

• Direct hands-on experience supporting Veeva Vault as developer or consultant
• Working knowledge of Veeva Vault applications: Submissions, Platform
• Understanding of Veeva Vault fundamentals, APIs and integrations
• Database and computer networking knowledge
• Experience working closely with Business Partners in solving issues and communicating resolutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely to customers
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients

• Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies
• Familiarity with 21CFR Part 11, regulatory compliance and validation standards
• Veeva Vault Administrator certification
