CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing virtual healthcare NJ-based organization, is looking for their next Accounting Analyst. An individual with past accounting and financial analysis experience is a huge plus.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$35/hr - $37/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for senior accounting duties and will take on ad-hoc analysis and reporting responsibilities. Senior Accounting and advanced Excel experience is needed. The Accounting Analyst will need to have the ability to work in a team setting. 5 - 10 years of experience in general accounting with advanced technical skills is a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
Month-end reporting and closing.
Assisting with the monthly reconciliation process.
Supporting new software implementation.
Assisting with ad-hoc financial analysis.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS FOR THE ACCOUNTING ANALYST:
Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables & macros.
Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience.
Prior exposure to a larger ERP system.
High attention to detail.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
