CLIENT OVERVIEW:
Our client is a long-standing and rapidly growing company in the Pharma Industry. They’re looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join their continually expanding team. This organization is targeting an experienced individual who can thrive in a team atmosphere just as much as they can work independently.
SALARY/HOURLY RATE:
$25/hr - $27/hr
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Billing Specialist will be creating invoices, working with vendors, and coordinating the processing. The Billing Specialist will be working directly with the Accounts Receivables Team. Financial analysis and financial data entry experience is a huge plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE BILLING SPECIALIST:
Issue invoices to customers (paper, email, web portal, and/or EDI).
Confirm entered data from customer requirements documentation.
Organize and categorize billing documents.
Respond to customer and employee inquiries promptly.
Work with an Accounts Receivable Specialist to research invoices.
Perform other A/R and administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE BILLING SPECIALIST:
2 - 4 years of experience in Billing is required.
The Billing software experience is a plus.
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Office.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of an Associate's degree is preferred and equivalent experience.
