Customer Services Representative

ROLE: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Services Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential in managing client relationships, overseeing the order process, and ensuring a seamless experience from the first interaction to post-delivery follow-up. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, providing product recommendations, and offering tailored solutions to meet their promotional needs. Liaise professionally with client, to insure satisfying experience.
Order Management: Take charge of the entire order lifecycle, from taking orders to coordinating with production and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment.
Billing & Bookkeeping: Ensure all projects are invoiced accurately and promptly. Coordinate with the accounting department to verify that invoices are sent out on time and follow up to confirm that payments have been received.
Follow-Up: Serve as a point of contact in addressing client needs, resolving issues and exploring opportunities for repeat business.
Problem-Solving: Quickly and effectively resolve any issues that arise during the order process, maintaining client trust and ensuring a positive experience.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
3 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing orders.
Familiarity with order management systems or CRM software is a plus.
Friendly and warm demeanor with strong ability to work independently and as a team.
5 days a week, in office. Mon-Thurs: 9-5pm. Fri: 9-3pm
