Ajilon Professional Staffing is seeking SIX Customer Service Representatives for a transportation company in Wall, NJ. This is a TEMPORARY role for an indefinite amount of time. The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. The hourly rate is $16/hr. If hired, a background check and drug test will be required. Customers calling in could be reserving transportation for weddings, bachelorette parties, excursions, etc. - all nonacademic related transportation.
Responsibilities:
⢠Field all incoming calls âthis is a call center environment
⢠Entering all notes and communications with customers
⢠Calling to reserve the transportation and providing the dates provided from the customers along with additional details
⢠Checking Google Maps for bus routes and miles
⢠Keeping track of all bookings in Excel such as miles, dates, locations etc.
Qualifications:
⢠Must be able to work full time hours Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM (Training hours are 9AM to 4PM)
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills
⢠Ability to switch back and forth between different screens
⢠Must be very detail oriented- if information is written incorrectly it could cause a lot of problems!
⢠Reliable- requires someone has a great attendance record and shows up to work on time every day
⢠Strong Microsoft Office skills- Will be using Excel and Outlook mainly
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
This is a temporary position but they have a history of hiring those who do very well! It is a professional work environment. Phones are not allowed on desks while working but they have phone charging stations in the lunch room. They reward those who have done a great job with âComp timeâ to use as paid time off along with other ways to keep employees happy! Work hard play hard environment!
