Position: Order Processing Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately from placement to delivery.
Update and manage orders and tracking information in our database.
Address customer inquiries related to orders and provide exceptional service.
Work closely with sales and support teams to refine order processing workflows.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification preferred.
Experience in order processing or customer service, particularly in an online retail setting.
Proficient with MS Office.
