As part of our growing team, we’re looking for an Entry-Level Outbound Appointment Setter to help us connect with new clients and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
Follow a provided script while also personalizing conversations to engage leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Meet daily/weekly call and appointment booking targets.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs to sales representatives.
Provide feedback to improve call strategies and processes.
Compensation & Performance Bonuses
Daily Call Expectations: 50–80 calls per 4-hour shift.
Appointments Set: 5–10 qualified appointments per shift (achievable with training).
Growth Opportunities: High performers may advance to team leads or other roles within the company.
