High profile salon with an established reputation for excellence in Sea Girt, NJ is looking for a Front desk sales coordinator/client service professional. More than a receptionist, your role will involve direct interaction with clients, staff and management. You will be vital to the day-to-day operations of the business and be working with a seasoned team of professionals in the beauty/service industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
Booking reservations via phone, in-person or email
Greeting clients and guiding them through the check-in process
Coordinating hair artists appointments regarding scheduling, client-status, communication
Add-on sales of services, retail and appointments
Salon tour Documenting client profiles and experiences
Helping to resolve client issues and finding appropriate solutions
Knowledge of retail products, ability to pre-book, and close sale
Collecting payment and guiding clients through the check-out process
Managing files of client visits and treatment notes
Maintaining the appearance of the front desk and retail area
All other duties related to day-to-day operations and creating an excellent client experience
