Hi, my name is Matthew, founder and CEO of NexGenGreen LLC. I am an architect and builder.
NexGenGreen is a development and consulting company that creates high quality, high performance, affordable housing and more using natural and recycled materials. Our designs can help reduce the operating costs of commercial and residential structures and improve occupant health and well-being. Our latest endeavor is to raise funding for our own line of building products, TEMPLEBLOX.
What are TEMPLEBLOX? A new way to build expensive architecture fast and cheap, making high end construction and design accessible to the common person. These unique building components are designed to replace industry standards like Concrete Masonry Units (Cinder Blocks). Strong, durable, modular and made partially from unrecycled waste products, TEMPLEBLOX are designed based off of vernacular Architectural elements of existing Temples and ancient architectural building styles all around the world. TEMPLEBLOX are modular interlocking building blocks that can create a new residential or commercial structure without the need for multiple layers of sheathing or insulation and can even be retrofitted with existing construction and high-rise facades.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
I am currently 3D Modeling the blocks in Rhino 6 and I need help. I need someone who either is proficient in Rhino 3D or Sketchup to help me finish 3D modeling, work will be done remotely and we will be in close contact for the entire process, preferably someone local to the area where we can meet up in a Public place to work together, such as Bell Works in Holmdel. After the models are done, they will be forwarded to another employee so he can make diagrams and animations. We will use all of this material in a crowdfunding page and video to start funding this operation. I know what it's going to take to get an idea like this off the ground and I'm targeting millions. The opportunity is for someone to be a part of this growing company, from the ground-up, reaping all the rewards on the way to the top.
