We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires attention to detail, a service-oriented attitude, the ability to work as a team player, and the ability to manage time effectively while delivering an outstanding experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
Bartenders: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar or server area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
Operate Toast POS system to process orders and payment transactions.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
Serve as a team member, supporting other staff as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Requirements
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to engage guests.
Familiarity with food service operations, including food & beverage handling and safety protocols.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
Previous experience in an upscale dining / nightclub / sports bar venue preferred but not required.
