Five Dimes Brewery(original location in Westwood NJ) is opening a 2nd location in Red Bank in April 2024 and looking for people that are knowledgeable and passionate about beer to work with us as part time Beertenders in our taproom. We are searching for those that will take initiative to create a clean, knowledgeable and helpful experience to all customers whether they are trying craft beer the first time, out for a day with friends and family or hop heads looking to talk the intricacies of beer.
Qualifications:
- Cicerone Beer Server Certification is highly preferred
- Knowledge and passion about beer and the ability to communicate that knowledge with the customers
- Beertending Experience Preferred, but not necessary if you have knowledge and passion for beer and providing excellent service.
- TIPS Certification is required (or able to get certified within 30 days of hiring)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Exceptional customer facing skills and service
- Willingness to clean all areas to keep sanitary food service level conditions
- Basic math and ability to work a register and give proper change
