Responsibilities:
-Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
-Be knowledgeable about our history and enthusiastic about "Mike's Way".
-Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards.
-Possibly open the store, close the store, prep work, cleanup, and adhering to guidelines at all times.
-Work with efficiency in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:
We have very high standards each of us are required to meet every day. A few of our minimum standards include:
-No smoking in uniform, on the clock, or on the premises.
-No facial hair while working.
-Our uniform must be worn 100% in line with our standards
Opportunities for advancement are available.
-ServSafe certification will be required to be completed.
Qualifications
-Customer service focused and solution oriented.
-Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
-Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
-Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
