Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Maintenance Technician/Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our New Monmouth, New Jersey location.

Shift: Tuesday-Friday 1pm-9pm, Saturday 9am- 5pm
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
-Perform manual repairs when necessary.
-Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
-Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in light plumbing
-Experience in Fixing Locks, replacing windows and cork windows.
-Experience in Landscaping.
-Experience in Boilers and HVAC.
-Experience in basic carpentry, roofing, and painting.
