Hiring Prep Cook/Pastry Cooks, - Wednesday through Sunday 5 to close.

Actively seeking a well balanced Culinarian who can produce both pastry and Garde Manger Menu Items.Must have credible experience on a line (not fast food, breakfast or lunch). Opportunity for creativity and professional growth. Duties include prepare food according to established recipes and procedures following safety and sanitation guidelines. Prep Cook assists the Line Cooks and chefs with tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing other ingredients, putting together completed entrees, making salads, and preparing the components of a dish. plating the food and giving it a great appearance, preparing the ingredients that are needed for the cooking and preparation of deserts

Responsibilities:

· Prepare all food items including cleaning and cutting the ingredients, and may assist in cooking food items

· Assists with stocking and organizing daily and weekly deliveries, and setting up the restaurant kitchen stations

· Responsible for the setup, operation, break down, and cleaning of all kitchen equipment

· Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards

Job Requirements:

· Have a current Food Handler’s Card, or ability obtain, where applicable.

· Ability to learn restaurant menu and recipes and follow uniform standards.

· Comfortable standing for extended periods of time, and continuously bend, reach and twist
