Evening Line Cooks
Looking for motivated and professional individuals with 1-2 years of Hot Line experience working in a high-volume restaurant. We provide a challenging team-oriented environment where excellence is expected in all areas of food preparation and presentation so please take pride in what you create and serve. Ideal candidates will have a desire to further their culinary knowledge both in and out of the kitchen and have an interest in learning where the food you cook comes from.
Responsibilities
- set up, prep, and stock station with all the necessary supplies
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of your team and the kitchen staff
-Answer, report, and follow the Executive, Sous Chef and team leaders of the kitchen staff
-Clean up station and follow proper closing procedure
-Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in a high quality and timely fashion
-Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and management
Required
-Knife Skills Preferred but Willing to Train
-Good understanding of English required
-Attention to Organization and Cleanliness required
-Culinary Degree Optional
-Experience in sautéing, grilling, temperature doneness, proper fish cooking
-Previous experience with French cooking or fine dining preferred
