We're hiring a Saute Line Cook to join our BOH team. We're especially seeking strong candidates. We are especially seeking strong candidates for our fast paced fine dining restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes according to recipe and station standards.
Work cleanly, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency.
Maintain a safe and organized station.
Assist in prep, setup, and breakdown.
Communicate clearly with team and follow direction from kitchen leadership.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 Years of kitchen experience (Saute experience strongly preffered).
Strong work ethic, ability to stay focused in a fast-paced kitchen.
Dependable and punctual with a team-first mindset.
