Job Responsibilities
We provide diverse in-home care services, and we'll work with you to identify which ones match your skills and comfort level:
Companionship: Meaningful conversation, social engagement, and emotional support
Personal care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating
Household help: Light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and cooking
Transportation & errands: Drives to appointments/events, grocery shopping, errands
Health support: Medication reminders, safety monitoring, fall prevention
Specialized care: Support for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or specific health conditions
Additional services: Pet care, light repairs, yard work, respite care
We match you with clients based on the services you're confident providingensuring both you and your clients feel supported and comfortable.
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with auto insurance
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
A genuine commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect
Strong communication skills and dependability
Physical ability to assist with mobility, light housekeeping, and daily activities
