Basic skills needed: to Educate and Motivate good care. Solid Chairside skills, Composites, Crown and Bridge, Dentures and Implant restorations. Invisalign, Non-Surgical Perio and Comprehensive TMJ work up and treatment. Ideally, Expanded Duties but not a requirement.
