Centerview Health has a primary care practice in Toms River, NJ and is looking for Medical Assistants to join our team. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Certified medical assistants are preferred, but willing to train strong candidates without certification.

Responsibilities
Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
Administer injections or medications as directed by the healthcare provider
Perform basic laboratory tests, such as urine tests and blood draws
Prepare and maintain examination rooms and equipment
Schedule appointments and manage patient records
Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and follow-up care
Qualifications
Requirements:
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive work attitude
Nice to Have:
Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
Completion of a medical assistant training program
Certification as a medical assistant preferred
Compensation
$15 - $16 hourly
