Do you love what you do? We are looking for a friendly, professional and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team of committed healthcare professional in our busy periodontal practice.
Patient Schedule: Part-time / Full-time Monday - Thursday 7:30am – 5:00pm
Competencies:
· Working knowledge of all aspects of dentistry with a focus on dental hygiene procedures.
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with OSHA and CDC guidelines.
· Oral Cancer Screening, Medical History Review & Documentation, Review & Documentation
of Disease Presence or Progression.
· Removal of hard & soft deposits from supra & subgingival tooth surfaces using EMS Piezon®
and Hand scaling.
· Teach patients about practicing good oral hygiene to improve their health outcomes.
· Periodontal charting, Application of Fluoride Varnish, Placement of Arestin™ or PerioChip®.
· Digital Radiographs using sensor technology.
· Dentrix software with clinical charting experience.
Requirements:
· Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist.
· Must have current American Heart Association CPR Certification.
· Five years dental hygiene experience preferred.
· Local Anesthesia and Nitrous Oxide Monitoring Certifications preferred.
