Our client is currently seeking a self-motivated Human Resources Assistant to help provide support to the HR Manager and assist with day to day responsibilities in the entire HR department.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$15/hr
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the hiring process, scheduling orientations and trainings and working closely with databases. The Human Resources Assistant will perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail.
Responsibilities of the Human Resources Assistant:
Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail
Enter employment data into computer database
Assist HR supervisors with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews
Coordinate logistics for new hire orientations and employee trainings
Assist with the overall hiring process by identifying candidates and performing reference checks
Qualifications for the Human Resources Assistant:
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong communication and customer service skills are required
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ADP Workforce Now is preferred
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is preferred
