Job Description:
The ideal candidate is experienced as a contractor and/or as a carpenter, has excellent attention to detail, a working knowledge of building practices and basic math skills. All training will be provided. The candidate should be a self-starter, organized, highly reliable, fast learner, possess management skills, a leader, possess a positive attitude, personable, have excellent communication skills and a clean driving record. Travel throughout the day using work vehicle.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Managing warehouse
· Driving truck/van
· Tracking Inventory
· Advising on orders
· Picking, loading and unloading material on and off truck daily job materials – be able to lift and carry 75-100 lbs
· Accepting deliveries at warehouse, unloading, and organizing warehouse
· Communicating with staff members
· Communicating directly with customers
· Proper installation of all accessibility products
You will learn how to evaluate commercial and residential properties for all accessibility products which include, modular ramps, stairlifts, vertical platform lifts, railings, grab bars and home modifications etc.

Job Requirements:
· Valid and clean driver’s license absolute must

Job Type: Full-time Non-Exempt 8-hour days, 5 days a week
Pay: $40,000-$60,000 annually depending on experience. Health insurance paid at 50% after 3-month waiting period.
