Position Summary:
We are seeking versatile team members to fill multiple roles within our company, including a Front Desk Analyst, an Experienced Presser, and an In-Person Marketer.
Key Responsibilities:
Position: Front Desk Analyst
Serve as the welcoming face of PURE PRESS DRY CLEANERS, providing superior customer service.
Manage customer transactions, scheduling, and inquiries with efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure the front desk and customer waiting areas are tidy and inviting.
Handle administrative tasks with diligence, ensuring all customer data is current and precise.
Position: Experienced Garment Presser
Operate pressing equipment with skill to deliver wrinkle-free garments.
Inspect each garment for quality assurance before and after pressing.
Adhere to garment care labels and apply correct pressing techniques for various fabrics.
Work towards meeting and exceeding daily productivity and quality targets.
Position: In-Person Marketer
Proactively approach and secure new business accounts from hotels, restaurants, schools, and luxury apartments.
Create engaging presentations to showcase services offered by PURE PRESS DRY CLEANERS to potential clients.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand our customer base and increase brand awareness.
Gather feedback and track the success of marketing initiatives to refine approaches and achieve better results.
