Overview
Direct traffic: Maintain an even flow on the course to eliminate roadblocks to fast play
Enforce rules: Alert management to any golf course problems
Promote the facility: Promote the facility and its events
Assist players: Assist players with any on-course problems
Serve as a liaison: Serve as a liaison between players, employees, and management
Communicate feedback: Communicate feedback between golfers and other staff
Handle emergencies: Coordinate emergency responses
Manage supplies: Make sure supplies, including flags, water bottles, and cups, are always available
Remind players: Remind players of special play conditions, such as keeping carts on cart paths
This position will have to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) until 8pm during the months of June-September.
Prioritized Keys to Successful Performance
#1 Experience in Golf Operations Helpful
#2 Valid Drivers’ License
#3 Ability to lift and carry up to 50 Pounds
