About the Position
Action Termite and Pest Control is expanding our award-winning team! We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Handyman / Pest Technician to help homeowners and businesses keep their properties safe, pest-free, and in top condition.
This hybrid position combines light maintenance/repair work with professional pest control services — perfect for someone who’s handy, detail-oriented, and enjoys working independently in the field.
What You’ll Do
Carry out basic handyman tasks (patching, sealing, caulking, installing door sweeps, etc.).
Use tools and materials safely and effectively.
Communicate clearly with customers and ensure top-quality service.
Maintain accurate records of services performed.
Represent Action Termite and Pest Control with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable working outdoors and in crawl spaces, attics, and basements.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work.
Pest control license or handyman certification a plus (but not required — we’ll train and license you!).
