In-House HVAC Technician!
Growing property management company seeking to hire a in-house HVAC technician!
Location: NJ
Job Role:
Keep our properties’ heating, cooling, water-heating, and small boiler systems running smoothly through fast troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and occasional installs.
Core Duties
Diagnose and repair furnaces, A/C units, mini-splits, water heaters, and boilers.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance across all sites.
Handle emergency HVAC calls
Must Have:
Valid Drivers License
Experience with Hvac systems
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to be paid through payroll
