What You’ll Do:
Install insulation and home energy upgrades that improve comfort and efficiency.
Work in attics, crawl spaces, and basements (must be comfortable in tight areas).
Safely use ladders, tools, and insulation equipment.
Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
Mechanically inclined and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in confined spaces and on ladders.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
Experience in carpentry, drywall, or similar trades (a plus).
Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the company.
All new hires must complete a background check before joining our team.

Base Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
