Job Description:
Seeking a skilled and dependable Journeyman Carpenter to join our subcontractor team. This is a field-based role for someone experienced in residential remodeling who can work independently and with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Perform general and finish carpentry work (framing, trim, cabinetry, etc.)
Read blueprints and scopes of work
Execute clean, professional work with minimal supervision
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Communicate effectively with project managers and office staff
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of residential carpentry experience
Must provide own transportation and tools
Must carry active worker’s compensation insurance
Must be able to travel daily to job sites in Monmouth and Ocean counties
Authorized to work in the U.S.
OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
Additional Information:
1099 subcontractor role
Monday–Friday work schedule (occasional Saturdays)
