Pharmaceutical company located in Cranbury, NJ is in need of Material Handlers to start immediately.
Shifts available: 1st Shift : 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
2nd shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Positions available are contract / contract to hire and direct placement!
Pay rates will also depend on experience ($14.00-$18.00)PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
⢠Load and unload trailers by safely operating electric industrial trucks.
⢠Operate radio frequency bar code scanners (RF Scanners) to pick and check customersâ orders.
⢠Move materials into and out of storage areas.
⢠Prepare shipment for loading on trailers.
⢠Follow all facility safety rules and regulations including the use of and wearing of proper safety equipment. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
⢠Experience with Forklift and/or other PIT equipment.
⢠Minimum 1 year warehouse or distribution experience.
⢠Ability to take directions and work effectively in a team environment.
⢠Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
⢠Ability to frequently life and/or move up to 70 pounds.
⢠High school education or GED.
⢠Available to work overtime including weekends, as required.
