Position Overview:
Are you someone who loves spending time outside during the summer? This is an excellent opportunity to work OUTDOORS ONLY at our bike rental concession located in a local park. We are looking for someone to join our team for either 3 or 6 days a week. $15 per hour
Hours are 10-7
CLOSED SATURDAYS
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers with bike rentals.
Provide information about bike options, pricing, and rental terms.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
Bike Maintenance:
Ensure all bikes are clean, safe, and in good working condition.
Perform routine inspections on bikes and coordinate repairs or servicing for damaged bikes.
Rental Transactions:
Process rental agreements and payments.
Maintain accurate records of rentals and returns using provided devices.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods securely.
Logistics and Operations:
Organize and display bikes and accessories in an orderly manner.
Manage the scheduling and allocation of bikes for reservations.
Ensure the rental stand is tidy and welcoming.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety guidelines and rental policies.
Provide customers with safety instructions and equipment (e.g., helmets).
Requirements:
Basic understanding of Amazon's marketplace and wholesaling.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience with online research and data analysis is a plus
Excellent communication skills.
