We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Pool Tech Helper to join our team. The primary responsibilities include performing routine pool cleanings and assisting the owner with larger maintenance and repair jobs. This role offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine pool cleanings, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming.
- Test and balance pool chemical levels to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Assist the owner with larger pool maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
- Experience in pool maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
