We are looking for an owner/operator to handle one of our sites in either Tinton Falls, Wall, or Neptune, or Shrewsbury. Owner/Operator will be required to move snow out of the courts and parking spaces and assist in general clean up during and after the storm. A snow box/pusher is not required but it can be useful. This site has a 2 inch trigger, so as soon as it hits that mark we are good to move snow.
-Machines MUST be in working, reliable condition with at least 50% tread on the tires/tracks. Pictures will be required.
-Operator must be experienced! Please do not send someone who has not cleared snow before or new to skid steers.
-Payment terms - The day after the storm has finished
-Hourly Rate - $185 p/h
-A poly-blade may be needed. We can provide one for you if you do not have one.
-Start time is when the machine turns on
-All Machines are guaranteed a 4 hour minimum (no stand by or transportation time).
-Operator may be asked to perform "parking space clean up" the morning after the storm.
-Owner/Operator is responsible for transportation of machinery and any/all fuel. Machines can be brought to the property one day before the storm.
-Snow insurance is not required.
