Production Assistant – Veteran-Owned Manufacturer
We are a small, Veteran-owned manufacturing company proudly serving both the military and commercial sectors. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support senior personnel and perform a variety of tasks, including product production, processing, and quality assurance, among other responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
-Support quality control efforts to maintain high standards in all products.
-Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
-Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
-Strong practical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient in basic math and able to apply it in production and quality assurance tasks.
-Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-Bilingual in Spanish and English.
