You must process excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well with other members of our team. Company generated leads will be provided.

Responsibilities:
Assist potential borrowers in determining proper loan program.
Price and structure loans.
Complete loan application package and supporting documentation.
Communication with loan processors, lenders and underwriters.
Attend to borrower through entire loan process.
Maintain relationships with lender account executives.
Qualifications:
Extensive Residential Mortgage loan originator experience. (Commercial experience is a plus)
Demonstrated knowledge of the mortgage loan industry.
