Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and licensed Real Estate Buyers Specialist and Showing Assistant to enhance our dynamic team. This role involves helping clients find their ideal homes and supporting our sales team with property showings and client interactions. You’ll enjoy a competitive salary with commission opportunities, a flexible weekday schedule, and the need to be available on Sundays.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively make phone calls and prospect for new leads to build a robust client base.
Client Interaction: Collaborate closely with buyers to understand their needs and preferences, and guide them throughout the home-buying journey.
Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property showings, provide comprehensive information about properties, and address any client questions.
Market Research: Keep up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to offer clients informed advice.
Transaction Support: Assist in preparing and reviewing offers, handling negotiations, and managing transaction-related paperwork.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service and cultivate strong client relationships to ensure a positive experience.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with our sales team and other real estate professionals to achieve collective goals.
Qualifications:
Licensing: Active Real Estate License in New Jersey required.
Experience: Prior real estate experience preferred .
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and customer service abilities.
Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Sundays.
