Job Summary
Alpha Capital Group is seeking driven, competitive, and fast-acting Sales Representatives to join our rapidly expanding team. We specialize in delivering tailored financial solutions to businesses nationwide. This is a 100% commission-based role with no income cap. Your success directly determines your earnings—our top entry-level representatives have earned over $100,000 in their first year.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and other outreach methods.
Leads provided—expected to make 200+ outbound calls daily.
Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive work culture and exceptional client experience.
Develop, refine, and execute sales strategies to consistently exceed performance goals.
(Preferred, not required) Assist in basic underwriting processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, commercial lending, underwriting, or financial services preferred.
Background in commercial banking or lending is highly valued.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Motivated self-starter with a competitive drive to succeed.
Compensation
Commission-based only—unlimited earning potential.
