We’re expanding FAST — and we’re looking for someone who can build, lead, and grow our door-to-door field team.

About the Role:

This is not a canvassing job — it’s a leadership job.

We’re hiring a Canvassing Manager to:

Recruit and hire door-to-door canvassers

Train new reps using scripts, ride-alongs, and field support

Lead daily field operations (huddles, check-ins, tracking)

Hit weekly lead and appointment goals

Coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable

You’ll report directly to company leadership and have real input in growing your department — from two canvassers to a ten-person team.

What You’ll Do:

Interview, onboard, and train new canvassers weekly

Hold daily morning huddles and end-of-day check-ins

Track lead performance and appointment quality

Ride along with new hires and coach in real-time

Report weekly metrics to the leadership team

Set the tone and energy for a high-performance field culture

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in canvassing or door-to-door marketing

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Comfortable running field teams and motivating others

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bonus points if you’ve built or led a team before

Pay: $72,606.00 - $100,204.00 per year
