Our 2 showrooms and warehouse located in New Jersey are fully stocked with a huge selection of Furniture, Mattresses, Appliances, Exercise Equipment, Home Improvement, Seasonal, and Toys & Games. A majority of our inventory is made up of scratch and dent and open box condition, meaning the items have cosmetic blemishes that prevent them from being sold at full retail prices. However, these items are all brand new, fully functional and come with either the original manufacturer’s warranty, or NJS Direct local warranty. All scratch & dent items are tested before making them available in our retail showrooms, assuring full functionality prior to customer pick-up or NJS Direct Installation.
We also carry a huge selection of BRAND NEW Appliances at incredible prices and will meet or beat any price while giving our customers a level of personal care they wouldn’t find anywhere else.
Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales to drive growth in the wholesale appliance space tailored towards builders, designers, and contractors. This role requires a professional with experience in sales, customer relationship building, and an understanding of the brand name appliance landscape. We are seeking a passionate and results driven individual.
This is a Hybrid Role allowing the candidate to work from home, on the road, and out of our Jackson, NJ showroom. The ideal candidate will be a leader with an understanding of the wholesale appliance market. This is a fast paced, creative environment, and it offers an opportunity to be part of a growing business while actively contributing towards strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
Manage accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close high-value sales deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build industry connections.
