We’re looking for a talented and passionate hairstylist to join our team at Heads Up Hair Studio, a high-traffic, modern, family-friendly, clean salon in Brick. If you love creating stunning looks and want to grow your clientele in a supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, color treatments, blowouts, and styling, keratin treatments
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals
- Recommend and sell haircare products
- Maintain a clean and professional station
- Stay up to date on trends and techniques
Requirements:
- Valid Cosmetology license in New Jersey
- Part-time: 10-20 hours a week, Full-time: 20-40 hours a week
- 1+ years of experience preferred (New Grads Welcome!)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Compensation:
- Commission 50-60%
- Sign-on bonus
