We are a phone store seeking a dedicated and organized Retail and Customer Service Associate to join our store. In this dual-role position, you will provide excellent customer support, assisting customers with inquiries at the store, over email, phone and sms, and ensuring a smooth experience. Additionally, you will handle sale orders (preparing orders for shipment and deliveries), data entry tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient input of information into our systems, testing of merchandise and reporting to Store owner on a regular basis.
